Understanding User Status

 

User status determines whether or not a user can access Identacor. The following are the possible statuses: 
Active An active user can access Identacor any time. A user becomes active as soon as the account set-up process is complete.
Deactivated A deactivated user cannot log in to the Identacor. Identacor continues to maintain the user’s profile information and the administrator can reactivate the user at any time. Only an administrator can deactivate a user. 
Pending Activation A user with a pending activation status has completed only a portion of the account set-up process. To gain access to Identacor, the user must follow the link in the initial invitation email and finish the sign up process.
