How to Add Users

Before you start assigning users to the application that you installed in identacor, users need to be added in your Identacor account first. You can also group users, but we will discuss that in another chapter.

1. Adding Single User

  1. Go to the Users and Groups tab.
  2. Under Users, click the + Add a New User button.
 

2. Add user details

A dialog box pop-up appears. Fill in the user name and email address. Click on the Add User button when done. You can continue to add another user by clicking Save and Add Another.

 

3. Adding Bulk Users

You can add bulk users through a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file. This provides you with an easier way to upload multiple users.


  1. Click More Actions.

  2. Select Bulk Add Users.

 

4. Upload the File

A new window pops up for you to upload your CSV file. Remember, the data will be uploaded and will match the header of the spreadsheet. Ensure that the header is correct. The correct header should have no space and is case sensitive. Below is an example of the correct format.

After you have the file ready, click the Choose File button. Click Add Users
